Patience & positivity
Patience is not exactly what one would refer to as my "strong suit".
But a cup of chamomile and a homemade biscuit w/warm honey drizzled all over it, while sitting on my patio listening to nothing but the rain falling around me puts my mind at ease and allows me to think only positive thoughts.
The waiting will be worth it, because good things are about to come my way. I can feel it.
What are your tips for making the waiting game more tolerable?

Moment of tranquility, please.
Every morning I wake up at 7am, go out to the kitchen, make a strong pot of coffee and turn on Sunrise Earth.
I open the blinds and the patio door, letting the natural light and fresh air in.
I turn up the volume of the TV to hear the sounds of a waterfall, or crashing ocean waves, or tropical birds chirping- whatever it is that is gracing my favorite morning show.
I give myself 15 minutes of peace, before the kids wake up and my day becomes filled with carpool lines and meal making and spill clean-ups.
It's a simple, free little bit of personal therapy.
I take that time to just sit and BE.
I don't think about anything.
I just AM.
And it's priceless.
